This notice explains how Auto Wholesalers handles information collected through autowholesalers.co.za, vehicle enquiries and stock-update signups.

Who to contact

Auto Wholesalers
Cnr Northern Parkway and Crownwood Rd, Ormonde, Johannesburg, 2091, South Africa
Our offices are based at Freeway Toyota Used-Wholesale Department.
Email: admin@autowholesalers.co.za
Telephone: 083 660 1998 or 068 051 9831.

Information you give us

Our forms collect your name, email address, and, where requested, phone number, dealership name, vehicle enquiry, proposed offer and comments. Required fields are marked on each form; other fields are optional. If you leave a required field blank, the form cannot be submitted. You may instead contact us by phone or email.

We use enquiry details to respond, check vehicle availability, discuss an offer and keep a record of the correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for stock updates. Please avoid sending identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information in the website message fields.

Stock updates

The separate stock-update form asks for your name, dealership, contact number and email, and an unchecked opt-in to receive vehicle stock updates by email. Signing up is voluntary. To stop updates, reply with Unsubscribe or email stock@autowholesalers.co.za. You can still enquire about a vehicle without subscribing.

Website operation and service providers

Website and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, pages requested and access times to deliver the site, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. Form submissions are delivered to our business email accounts for our team to handle. Our hosting and email services include Hostinger and Titan.

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the forms from spam. It can process browser, device, network and interaction information and use cookies for security. This functional protection remains available when you reject optional cookies. Google Analytics and embedded Google Maps are separate optional services.

Google and other service providers may process information outside South Africa, where privacy laws can differ. Google’s handling of information is explained in its Privacy Policy; its Terms of Service also apply to reCAPTCHA. Contact us if you need more information about a provider or the handling of your enquiry.

Your cookie choices

Essential services keep the website, security and your saved privacy choices working. Optional categories start off. You can choose Accept all, Reject optional or Preferences, and reopen the panel using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

  • Statistics: Google Analytics measures visits and interactions using online identifiers and device information to help us understand website use. It is enabled only after you allow Statistics.
  • Marketing: this category controls optional Google Maps and other embedded third-party content. Enabling a map through its placeholder enables this category, but does not enable Statistics. Google may process technical data and use its own cookies when a map loads. You can read our street address without loading the map.

Your choice is remembered for 30 days, unless you clear browser storage sooner. Changing a choice affects future use of the optional services. Browser settings can also remove or restrict cookies; doing so may affect some website functions.

Keeping information and your rights

Enquiry records should be kept only while needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable legal obligations. Stock-update details are used while you remain subscribed; an unsubscribe record may be needed to prevent further updates. Contact us to ask what information we hold and how long it is needed in your case.

You may request access to your personal information, correction or deletion where applicable, object to processing, or withdraw consent for stock updates and optional cookies. Email admin@autowholesalers.co.za with your request. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal records. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

You can also lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator: enquiries@inforegulator.org.za or 010 023 5200.
